How much will it cost?
We haven’t set final pricing yet, and we’d rather say that than publish a number we might have to walk back. There are three plans — Solo for a single contractor, Crew for a growing team, and Custom for software built around your business — and every one of them is month-to-month with no sales call. Request early access and we’ll share pricing with you before launch, with founding pricing locked in for the first 100 crews.
Who actually builds this — and can I request features?
A small, focused team — not a faceless enterprise. We ship updates every month and sell solutions, not a bloated feature list. On Crew and Custom plans your change requests are tailored and prioritized, so the software bends to how you actually work.
Can I really use it in the field?
Yes — it’s a mobile-first, installable app (PWA). A dedicated field view that shows each technician their day and assigned jobs is available now in early access; you can try it in the preview.
Is my data secure?
The platform is built multi-tenant with database-enforced row-level security and role-based access control, so companies can never see each other’s data. During early access you’re exploring a self-contained demo workspace; your live account runs on that isolated backend at launch.
Do you handle draws and retainage?
Yes — progress draws, change orders, deposits, and retainage held/released are first-class, with totals derived automatically. It’s the part most simple tools skip and enterprise tools overcharge for.
Can I import my existing jobs?
Import is on the roadmap, and our team will help you migrate your active jobs by hand during early access so you’re never starting from a blank page.
