This policy explains what we collect when you use the Simple Contractor CRM marketing site and what we do with it. It is written to be readable; if anything is unclear, email us at hello@simplecontractorcrm.com.
What we collect
The early-access form asks for your name and email address (required) and, optionally, your company, phone number, trade, crew size, and any notes you type. We keep whatever you choose to submit. If you enter your email into one of the shorter waitlist forms first, we save that email right away — even if you never finish the longer form — so a half-completed signup still holds your place.
The contact form asks for your name, email address, and message (required) and your company (optional).
Alongside each submission we record when it was sent and the country the request came from; early-access signups also record your browser’s user-agent string.
Where it goes
Submissions are stored in Cloudflare Workers KV, the storage attached to this site, and are kept until you ask us to delete them. A copy of each submission is also emailed to us so we can respond; that email carries what you submitted and uses your address as its reply-to.
Spam protection
The forms include Cloudflare Turnstile, an anti-bot check; when it is active, Cloudflare processes your request — including your IP address — to tell humans apart from bots. We also keep a short-lived per-request counter tied to your IP address to limit repeated form submissions; those counters expire on their own within minutes.
Analytics and cookies
This site loads no analytics or tracking scripts and sets no tracking cookies. Your response to the notice banner is stored in your own browser and never sent to us. The site is served through Cloudflare, which processes request data — including IP addresses — to host and protect it, as any hosting provider does. If we add analytics later, we will update this policy first.
How we use it
We use early-access details only to contact you about early access to Simple Contractor CRM and to size founding-pricing availability, and contact-form messages only to reply to you. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing hello@simplecontractorcrm.com. If you ask us to stop emailing you, we will.
Data in the product
This page covers the marketing site only. Inside the product, each company’s data is isolated at the database layer using row-level security, with role-based access control. A full product data-processing agreement is provided to customers at signup.
